K92 Mining Limited are the owners the high-grade Kainantu Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea. Since commencing operations in 2016, we have delivered consistent production growth. About the Role

The Superintendent – Utilities leads a team responsible for the safe and sustainable delivery and maintenance of all non-operations utilities across site. This includes employee accommodation, office facilities, warehouses, and other non-operations surface infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities

Provide leadership and oversight of non-operations utilities and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective service delivery across site, including:

Maintenance & Asset Management: Ensure safe operation and maintenance of non-operations utilities including accommodation infrastructure, warehouses and stores, site offices, and other surface facilities.

Operational Planning & Scheduling: Develop and oversee short-term maintenance schedules (0–3 months) and contribute to medium- and long-term asset management and capital improvement plans.

Infrastructure Projects & CAPEX Delivery: Supervise and support delivery of utilities-related capital projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with engineering and operational standards.

Contractor Management: Manage contracts, monitor contractor performance, and ensure external service providers meet contractual and safety obligations.

Budget & Cost Control: Contribute to the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, manage expenditure within approved budgets, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies.

About You

• Relevant trade qualification and accreditation in a related technical discipline.

• Additional qualifications in management or maintenance management are advantageous.

• Demonstrated leadership capability in supervisory or management roles within mining, construction, or remote operations environments.

• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proven experience in contractor management and maintenance planning.

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems such as Pronto CMMS.

• Ability to work autonomously in remote operational environments while maintaining strong collaboration with site teams. Previous experience working in PNG is well regarded
