What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with and reporting to the Principal - Group HR Operational & Advisory, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services, maintaining employee records, supporting HR systems, and helping create a positive employee experience. On a day-to-day basis, you will be;

Supporting HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.

Maintaining accurate employee data and personnel records.

Assisting with HRIS administration and data management.

Responding to employee HR enquiries and providing general HR support.

Preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance documentation.

Supporting expatriate workforce administration and roster updates.

Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Processing HR-related invoices and payment requests.

Contributing to high-quality HR service delivery across the business.
About You
You may be a recent graduate or have up to two years of experience in an HR, People & Culture, recruitment, administrative or shared services role. Most importantly, you are eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about developing a career in Human Resources. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate most of the following

A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline (completed or nearing completion).

1-2 years of relevant experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, shared services, or a similar role.

Strong organisational, time management and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

A customer-service mindset and ability to build positive relationships.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.

A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to process improvements.
