K92 Mining Limited are the owners the high-grade Kainantu Gold Mine in Eastern Highlands Province. Since commencing operations in 2016, we have delivered consistent production growth. About the role

The K92 Fuel Operator is responsible for managing the storage, transportation and dispensing of fuel and lubricants for vehicles and equipment. They ensure that fuel and lubricants are delivered accurately and safely to the designated locations

You must be able to work unsupervised and in a safe manner at all times and comply with all safety rules and procedures applicable.

Key Accountabilities

Key accountabilities of this position include.

• Strictly adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and spills. This includes following environmental regulations and ensuring that all fuelling operations are conducted safely.
• Perform routine maintenance on fuelling equipment, including checking for leaks, ensuring proper functioning and conducting preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records of fuel and lubricants transactions, inspections and maintenance activities per schedule or safety requirements.
• Monitor fuel and lubricant quality and ensure that it meets industry and safety standard. This includes testing of fuel samples and inspecting storage tanks.
• Inspect fuel levels and storage systems to prevent contamination and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Have an ongoing impact on the housekeeping of the fuel farm area and keep it at the required standard.
