About the Role
This senior leadership role ensures all programs are strategically aligned with operational priorities, MOA commitments, and community aspirations. • Social Investment Effectiveness – Deliver measurable social and economic value, ensuring outputs and outcomes are clearly reported for sustainability and IFC compliance.

  • MOA & SEDP Commitments – Ensure contractual obligations under the Memorandum of Agreement and Social & Economic Development Plan are delivered transparently and on time.

  • Community Resilience & Livelihoods – Develop programs that strengthen resilience to economic shocks and mine closure, supporting long-term sustainable development.

  • Commitments & Expectation Management – Manage both formal obligations and informal community expectations with clear communication, transparency, and realistic timelines.

  • Annual Planning & Reporting – Prepare integrated Social Development plans, budgets, and quarterly performance updates highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations.
