About the Role

The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time and to agreed quality standards, while maximising local participation and ensuring compliance with company requirements, government regulations and IFC standards. This position supports the Community Infrastructure & Asset Delivery Standard under the Social Performance Management System (SPMS) and contributes to the material issue of Community Infrastructure & Access.

Technical Implementation & Reporting: Implement SOPs and workflows under the Community Infrastructure & Asset Delivery Standard; monitor material usage and site-level budget performance; maintain accurate daily logs, attendance records and progress reports.

Collaboration & Integration: Coordinate with Social Development, Agriculture Projects and Business Development teams to align infrastructure delivery with broader community programs and local contractor participation.

Stakeholder & Government Engagement: Interface with local government engineers, inspectors and relevant authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and technical approvals.

Commitments & Expectations Management: Deliver infrastructure commitments under the MOA and local development agreements; manage community expectations through clear communication on project scope, timelines and standards; provide transparent updates during construction and communicate changes as required.
