About us

K92 Mining is a Vancouver headquartered gold producer that owns and operates the high-grade Kainantu Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea. The Company is listed on the TSX (Ticker: KNT) and OTCQX (Ticker: KNTNF) and has a market capitalization of approximately C$7 billion. Since restarting operations in 2017, K92 has rapidly transformed Kainantu into one of the fastest-growing, lowest-cost gold operations globally, delivering consistent production growth and significant mineral resource expansion. In 2025, the Company achieved record annual production of 174,000 ounces gold equivalent and completed construction and commissioning of its largest expansion to date, the 1.2 Mtpa Stage 3 Process Plant. Our 2026 production guidance is 190,000 to 225,000 ounces gold equivalent, reflecting a ramp-up year following the completion of the Stage 3 expansion project which supports a +300,000 ounce per annum operation. The planned Stage 4 expansion is expected to increase throughput to 1.8 Mtpa and production to over 400,000 ounces per annum, representing approximately a 200% increase from current levels. Supported by record production, strong gold prices and available liquidity, the Company is in a robust financial position to deliver its next phase of growth.

Exploration remains a key value driver, with 14+ drill rigs targeting near-mine and regional opportunities across the highly prospective Kainantu district. Since 2017, Measured and Indicated resources have increased by over 1,100% and Inferred resources by over 780%, with ongoing work at Kora, Judd, Kora South, Judd South, Arakompa, Maniape and other emerging targets supporting the potential for further long-term growth.
